Epluchez la banane et la poire. Détaillez en dés la moitié de la poire et en lamelles la banane.
Récupérez les graines de la moitié de la grenade. Avec un petit tamis et un bol dessous, prélevez le jus en écrasant les graines à l'aide d'un pilon, d'un petit verre, ou tout simplement avec les doigts.
Mixer les dés de fruit avec le jus de grenade et l'huile « Bébé Quintesens ». Ajoutez un peu d'eau à convenance afin d'obtenir une soupe épaisse. Servez !
