Faites fondre au bain-marie le chocolat noir. Ajoutez l'huile Enfants Quintesens, les oeufs rapidement battus.
Dans un bol, versez la farine de blé, la poudre de cacao, le sucre vanillé, le sucre de canne et le sel. Incorporez le chocolat fondu, et les noisettes concassées, mélangez bien.
Versez la pâte dans petits moules individuels (à financier, cupcake, ou autre). Détaillez en quartiers les clémentines, puis enfoncer un à deux quartiers de fruit dans chaque gâteau.
Enfournez pour environ 15 minutes. Laissez refroidir avant de déguster.
